Change of Address

Need to update your shipping details?

While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee updates once the order has been dispatched.


Order Cancellation

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
After this window, your order may already be processed and shipped.


Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments

We’ll work closely with the courier to resolve the issue promptly including offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.
